From the heart of Marazion, The Summerhouse Gallery is delighted to present its Autumn Collection 2025.
This season’s exhibition embraces a rich, earthy palette, celebrating the Cornish countryside in all its autumnal moods — from dewy moorland and moonlit coast paths to lively fishing harbours. Autumn in Cornwall is a time of contrasts: dramatic weather sweeping across the landscape, softened by calm, misty mornings where the quiet bobbing of boats provides the only sound.
This mixed-artist show brings together new paintings from Laura Rich, Steve Platt, and Martin Goold, each capturing their own vision of Cornish character and charm.

Painting/ drawing workshops
Join Rhiannon for a relaxed and fun workshop held at the gallery this autumn/winter. Rhiannon has an MA in illustration and has painted her whole life. These sessions are designed to encourage participants to enjoy the process of painting, without getting caught up in the small details and technicalities.
Sessions are open to all abilities, all materials and refreshments provided.
