Fascinated by both individuals and their clothing, she finds endless inspiration in people-watching and listening to others’ stories. She believes there is much to learn and grow from through connection and conversation. Clothing, in her view, is a powerful expression of identity and emotion.

Her painted figures often feel rooted in a particular time or place, each one imagined with a story to tell. This body of work is centered around the essence of summer holidays, going to the beach or pool with friends. She hopes the viewer in transported to the same place the bather is, wherever that may be.
