Chloe Elliott is an artist based in Cornwall, whose work draws heavily from the raw beauty and ever-changing character of the Cornish coastline. After beginning her studies with a Foundation degree at Kingston University London, she later followed her enduring connection to the sea to Falmouth University, where she completed a BA (Hons) in Illustration.

Chloe Elliott's recent swimmer paintings capture fleeting moments along the Cornish coast — figures emerging from the sea, pausing at the water's edge, or resting on the beach after a swim. Through expressive brushwork and a restrained palette, these works explore the connection between people, place and memory. Inspired by the rituals of sea swimming, the paintings celebrate the quiet joy, freedom and reflection found in these everyday experiences. Elliott's work seeks to preserve these small but meaningful moments, revealing how a simple swim can become part of our lasting relationship with a landscape.
