Aisleigh Anne is a Cornwall-based artist whose work is deeply inspired by the landscape she calls home. Cornwall is both her sanctuary and creative source, a place that has helped her find calm, balance, and joy, particularly during times of anxiety. This connection to nature sits at the heart of her practice, with painting serving as an expressive and restorative process.
With a background as a chocolatier, Aisleigh brings a tactile, experimental approach to her work, embracing layering, texture, and intuitive mark-making. Colour plays a central role, used instinctively to evoke mood and atmosphere. Often beginning with plein air studies, her mixed-media paintings capture the essence and energy of a place through a process-led, expressive style.
